Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.
• Users must provide proof of course completion and demonstrate implementation of course teachings.
• Refunds are not available for downloadable materials, one-on-one coaching, or events attended.

2. Cancellation of Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions, users may cancel at any time via their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued.
